Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

All orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM (EDT) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or during the weekend will ship on the next business day.

If there is any issue with your order, we will contact you prior to shipment via email or phone (if provided).

Delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. Accordingly, multiple shipping methods are available on our website for customer selection.

Estimated transit times vary depending on the carrier selected at checkout.



Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If a package is returned to PGN Bearings due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided with the order.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may choose to receive a replacement or a full refund. In these cases, please contact inquiries@pgninternational.com for assistance.

Returns received after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
