Shipping & Return Policy
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm EDT will shipped that same day, orders placed during weekend will shipped next business day. If we have any issue with your order we will contact prior to shipping it by e-mail or phone (if provided).
Depending on the carrier you choose, the estimated transit days are as follows:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If a package is returned to PGN Bearings due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
If you receive a defective or wrong item, you may receive a replacement or a full refund after returning it. In this case we will be responsible for all shipping costs.
